My questions is…Is it possible for my ex to have an abortion if I do not agree?
The reason I ask is because she is an unfit mother. She already has 2 children with 2 different men and she is currently homeless. My 2nd question is How hard would it be for me to get custody of my child if she does not have an abortion?

Be kind when you share the information with her. Emphasize you concern for her. Tell her that you do not want to see her physically harmed and that you do not want her to live with regret for the rest of her life. Tell her that regardless of the current state of your relationship, the child you made together is beautiful and deserves to live. I know you will likely be tempted to become angry at her, but this could backfire. She may abort your child just to spite you. Stay gentle, stay calm, and do whatever it takes to save your baby.

I’m afraid I can’t help you with the custody question. You will need to talk to a lawyer.

   Sure is!! You have absolutely no legal right or say in whether your child lives or dies. All you can do is try to make amends with her and hope she chooses to let the baby be born. Even married fathers have no say! Isn’t that attrocious?!?

   If you were RESPONSIBLE and using condoms every time you had sex, this wouldn’t be an issue. Maybe next time you’ll use your big brain and not your little one.

   According to what i have read on abortion you don’t really have a say of whether this baby lives or dies. Sorry! this is left up to the mother to decide.

   It shouldn’t be hard to get custody if she is unfit and homeless. As long as you have a home and are stable, I would at least try. You can get a court order for her to have the baby and immediately terminate rights. Your best bet is to talk to a lawyer. Good luck and God Bless.
