Since abortion has been brought up today, how do you proponents of abortion reconcile the laws that charge ?

a person who murdered a pregnant woman with two murders? So can you still say abortion isn’t murder of the unborn?
Please explain.
There are multiple conflicts in our laws. You can’t use one to argue for or against another, or you will drive yourself insane. We tell 18 year olds that they are not old enough to decide whether to drink alcoholic beverages or not, but 18 year olds are old enough to go to war and decide who to kill. We say that you are not old enough to decide whether you want to have sex or not until you are 16, but if you are 14 and murder someone, we say that you are old enough to have decided right from wrong. We tell you that you are not old enough to decide whether to have sex if you are 15, but if you have sex and get pregnant at 15, you are considered an adult capable of making decisions that maintain your infant’s safety and well being. Confused yet?

I don’t. I don’t agree with those laws. They don’t follow rule of law or society.

There are no such laws. It is a separate crime or an enhancement of the murder of the woman, but not a separate murder.

Depends on the circumstance. If a woman is in her last tri-mester (where most babies are born and are able to live outside the mother’s womb) the state can bring down a double murder charge because they feel that the baby could have been a viable birth during this time.
I’ve never seen anyone charged with double murder when a woman is in the first 2 tri-mesters of her pregnancy. ONLY in the last tri mester
Straw man much?
