Keeping Fit when you work Nights

If you are working nights and you find it hard to sleep during the day, you may just make use of the body’s internal clock in order to help you sleep more effectively. No doubt, staying up all night can reduce your chances of attaining 24 hr fitness. What you can do is that during the day, you can draw down the shades and sleep in a quiet environment somewhere you find. If you want, you can go ahead and put on some white noise in the background, like a fan, in order to block out the noise, which can help you sleep well.
